Dale Adair-Simpson

Dale Adair-Simpson is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a cook at Langdon Hall since September 2012, Dale previously held positions as Head Chef at The Happy Traveller Cafe and Bistro, Sous Chef at The Fat Duck Gastropub, and line cook (apprentice) at Niagara College Canada. Early culinary experience includes working as a line cook at Deluca's Wine Country Restaurant. Dale completed culinary training at Stratford Chef School from 2008 to 2009 and achieved a Cook Level 2 Apprentice designation from Niagara College in 2010.
