Jeremy Ennis is an experienced sommelier currently working at Langdon Hall Country House Hotel and Spa since April 2016, while also serving as a sales representative for WineOnline.ca since December 2019. Past roles include sommelier positions at Savoury - Westin Harbour Castle and 7 Enoteca, as well as vineyard worker and cellar hand at Leaning Post Wines from September 2015 to August 2021. Jeremy Ennis was formerly the owner of Para Bellum MMA from October 2011 to March 2016 and completed an internship at MLSE in 2011. Educational achievements include a Piedmont Specialist degree from 3iC Wine & Food Studies, a WSET Level 3 Award in Wines from Wine & Spirit Education Trust, and a CAPS Sommelier Certification from Niagara College.
