Kuntal Patel

Kuntal Patel has extensive experience in the bakery and pastry sectors, currently serving as a Dcdp (Bakery) at Langdon Hall Country House Hotel and Spa since September 2021. Prior to this role, Kuntal held multiple positions at The Oberoi Vanyavilas, including Team Supervisor and Pastry and Bakery Assistant from September 2018 to July 2021. Kuntal's earlier experience includes working as Commi 1 at The Westin Hyderabad, overseeing the pastry shop and managing chocolate production, and as Assistant Chef at The Oberoi Vanyavilas from May 2016 to October 2017. Kuntal holds a B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering and Tourism in Chennai, completed in 2016.
