Laura's extensive background in customer service and hotel operations includes roles at Sherwood Inn on Lake Joseph, BMO Bank of Montreal, PMA Brethour Realty Group, Ontario Chamber of Commerce, The Rosseau, A JW Marriott Resort and Spa, Banff Aspen Lodge, and Outward Bound Wilderness. Laura's educational qualifications include a BA with an Advanced Major in International Development Studies/History from Dalhousie University, a Human Resource Management Certificate from Ryerson University, and various leadership and wilderness education programs.
