Nikki Does is an accomplished wine educator and sommelier with extensive experience in the hospitality and culinary sectors. Currently serving as a Wine Educator at Conestoga School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts since January 2024, Nikki also holds the position of Sommelier at Langdon Hall Country House Hotel and Spa since September 2021. Previous roles include Head Sommelier and Restaurant Manager at Thr Star Entertainment Group's Nineteen Bar & Grill, as well as Head Sommelier and Assistant Restaurant Manager at The Fish House. With foundational experience as Head Sommelier at Chase Hospitality Group and a Hospitality Specialist at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Nikki's career began with roles such as Sommelier and Business Coordinator at Lick the Plate and Sales Manager at Stoney Ridge Estate Winery. Education includes a Level 4 Diploma from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in International Development and Anthropology from York University.
