Adam Hipp

Adam Hipp has over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on hotel management and food and beverage development. Adam has held various leadership roles at companies like Langham Hospitality Group, Accor, and InterContinental Hotels Group. Most recently, Adam served as the Cluster Managing Director for Cordis, HK/Eaton Residences/Ying'nFlo. Prior to that, they were the Complex General Manager for AKI Hong Kong - MGALLERY and Novotel Century Hong Kong under Accor. Overall, Adam has a strong background in managing hotel operations, overseeing renovations, and leading teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Adam Hipp completed their Catering Final Exam at the Vocational School of Trade and Catering in 1993. Adam then pursued a BSc in Hotel Management at the College of Commerce, Catering, and Tourism Budapest from 1993 to 1998. After that, they obtained an MSc in Marketing from the University of Economics from 1998 to 2001.
