André Jacques

André Jacques has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. André began their career at Ayers Rock Resort in 1992 as a Reservations Executive and has since held various roles in sales and marketing at companies such as Corporate Reservations Service, glh Hotels, and Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Center. André has worked with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as a Director of Sales & Marketing at multiple locations before joining Langham Hospitality Group in 2015. At Langham, they served as Director of Sales and Marketing at The Langham Melbourne before becoming the Regional Director of Marketing. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for developing and maximizing revenue through various sales and marketing channels.

André Jacques completed their Senior degree at Cleveland State High School in Queensland from 1985 to 1989. André then pursued a diploma in Business Hospitality at the College of Tourism & Hospitality from 1990 to 1992. In addition, they obtained various certifications such as the APEX Program from Langham Hospitality Group in 2021, Media Crisis Training from Langham Hospitality Group in 2019, and General Manager/Hotel Manager Training from Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. in 2014, among others.
