Nicole Smith is currently serving as the Human Resources Director, Employee Relations & Performance Management at Ascentria Care Alliance since February 2023. Prior to that, Nicole held various roles at Seven Hills Foundation for over a decade, including Senior Human Resources Generalist, Diversity and Inclusion Council Co-Chair/Chair, and Program Coordinator for the DDS Urban Youth Collaborative Program. Nicole also has experience in residence management and banking, having worked at North Middlesex Saving Bank as a Teller and Customer Service Representative. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Worcester State University and a Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit Management with Advanced Studies in Administration Finances from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School.
