Hiba H. has over 15 years of professional experience in the business and strategy fields. Hiba began their career in 2006 as a Forecast Analyst at Nortel Networks. In 2008, they moved to JCPenney as a Reporting Analyst. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Fossil Group, Inc. in the roles of CRM Manager and Senior Business Financial Analyst. In 2015, they joined Brierley as a Strategy Director and was later promoted to Senior Director Strategy. In 2021, they became VP, Marketing & Strategy at Language Learning Market, and in 2022 they joined Incendio as a Sr Strategy Consultant.

Hiba H. holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas. Hiba also holds a Master of Arts in International Management Studies and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the same institution.
