Joshua Kassanis

Joshua Kassanis is an experienced Arabic linguist and language specialist with a robust background in language education and consultancy. Currently serving as an Arabic Linguist for Language Services Direct under the FCDO contract since May 2022, Joshua has previously held positions such as Arabic Language Specialist and Assistant Director of Studies for the FCDO at Professional Language Solutions from June 2018 to June 2022. Joshua’s extensive experience also includes leading Arabic language instruction at Language Services Direct, providing coaching to high-profile clients at Elixir, and managing translation projects for a global provider. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Eastern Christianity from the University of London and a Bachelor of Arts in Arabic Language and Literature from the same institution.
