Lisa Spagnoli has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Lisa started their career at Hilton Worldwide as an Assistant Front Office Manager in 2004 and then moved on to Hyatt Hotels Corporation as a Front Office Manager in 2007. After that, they joined Fluency Inc. as a Marketing & Ops Manager, where they gained valuable knowledge of the language industry and contributed to company growth and innovation. In 2011, Lisa joined Language World Services, Inc., where they held multiple positions including Sales & Marketing Manager, Director of Client Relations & Operations, and currently serves as the VP of Operations. In their current role, they are responsible for the overall management of the company and ensuring that Language World's mission and goals are achieved while expanding the company and providing language solutions for the Limited-English Community.
Lisa Spagnoli completed an Executive Leadership Program at UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education in 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from California State University-Sacramento from 2004 to 2007. Lisa also obtained an Associate of Arts in Journalism from American River College from 2001 to 2004.
