Luma Fachini Sisto has a diverse range of work experience. Luma began their career at Chilli Beans as a Sales Promoter, where they gained experience in direct sales and brand awareness. Luma then joined TudoColado as an Ecommerce Assistant, where they improved their customer service skills and managed warehouse inventory. Luma then moved on to Hawaii Surf Point as a Retail Ecommerce Manager, where they had direct contact with big brands and was responsible for e-commerce logistics and warehouse management. Luma continued their e-commerce career at Alensa as an Online Marketing Specialist, where they handled order management, customer service, and social media for the Portugal e-shop. Luma further enhanced their skills as an SEO Copywriter (Portuguese) at Vision Direct, where they conducted market research and worked on content localisation and translations for the Portuguese market. Most recently, they joined BZZWAX as a Creative Ecommerce Specialist and is currently working at Lanistar as a Sales Account Manager.
