Lahiru Rangana Silva

Lahiru Rangana Silva is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across notable financial institutions. Currently serving as Chief Business Officer at LOLC Unguka Finance PLC since October 2023, Lahiru has held several significant positions at LOLC Holdings PLC, including Regional Business Head for Rwanda, Kenya, and Tanzania since July 2021. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager role in Credit Risk and Compliance at Union Bank of Colombo, along with managerial and assistant managerial positions specializing in Consumer Banking at Nations Trust Bank PLC and Seylan Bank PLC. Lahiru holds a Master of Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University, as well as multiple banking and finance qualifications from prestigious institutions in Sri Lanka, including the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka and the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing.
