Lakshman C Palliyaguruge

Lakshman C Palliyaguruge is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Since December 2013, Lakshman has served as the Chief People Officer and Head of HR & Administration at LankaPay. Prior to this, Lakshman held the position of General Manager and HRD Manager at Innodata Inc. from 2000 to December 2013. Early career experience includes serving as HR Manager at Kookje Elec Ind Co Ltd., where responsibilities involved overseeing HR and deploying production staff at the factory headquarters in South Korea. Lakshman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Hons) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, and a Post Graduate Diploma in HR from the University of Colombo, along with executive education from the Asian Institute of Management in Manila, Philippines.
