Jailson Batista has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Jailson started their career in 1996 as an IT Services Manager at Lanlink Informática Ltda. During their time there, they were responsible for allocating professionals to respond to IT incidents, developing career plans, and hiring new professionals.

In 2003, Jailson worked as a Professor at Unibratec, where they taught operating systems and helped develop the curricula for Database, Operating Systems, and Computer Networks.

Returning to Lanlink Informática Ltda., Jailson held several leadership roles. Jailson served as Territory Manager, Territory Director, and Sales Director for different regions, focusing on data center infrastructure projects, outsourcing, and software licensing. Jailson worked with partners such as IBM, Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, and Symantec.

From 2016 to 2020, Jailson was the Sales Director, responsible for the development and sales of data center infrastructure projects and cloud services in specific regions. Jailson then became the Director of Customer Success Management, overseeing cloud services and contracts for numerous clients throughout Brazil. Currently, Jailson is the Executive Director of the Digital Workforce Business Unit at Lanlink Informática Ltda., where they lead initiatives related to process digitization, robotization, and productivity, with a strong focus on Microsoft partnerships and customer success management for Microsoft M365, WVD, and PowerBI SaaS contracts.

Jailson Batista pursued their Bachelor of Computer Science degree from 1991 to 1996 at Universidade Federal de Pernambuco. Jailson obtained a certification in Spanish called "Certificado de Español" from SIELE in November 2021.
