Chris Leland has a strong background in IT and technical support. Starting in 1999, they worked as a Computer Technician for Fairfield ISD, where they upgraded and repaired computers, set up new systems, and provided support for software and hardware within the school district. In 2004, they joined IBM Global Services as a Deskside Support specialist. Chris then moved on to work as a Deskside Support professional for Lexmark (TCS Employee) Seymour, where they upgraded and repaired computers in the warehouse, resolved printer issues, and maintained the warehouse network. In 2008, Chris joined Kremers Urban Pharmaceuticals Inc. as a Lab Systems Administrator, offering support for laboratory software, creating and revising product specifications and reports, and assisting with data transfer between systems. Finally, in 2017, they joined Lannett Company in the same role, providing support for laboratory software and overseeing account creation and management.
Chris Leland received an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer System/Networking from Texas State Technical College, which they attended from 1995 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained a CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA in May 2003.
