Mike Bobb

Mike Bobb started their work experience in 1984 at Schwarz Pharma as a Capsule Department Production Worker, where they performed various tasks such as receiving raw materials, dispensing materials, and granulation. Mike then transitioned to the role of In-Process Lab Technician, where they conducted analysis on sustained action beads and moisture analysis on granulations. After that, they worked as a Raw Materials Chemist, responsible for GC analysis and analysis of incoming raw materials. Mike then became a LIMS Administrator, where they monitored and administered production and test databases, performed system upgrades, and resolved application availability issues. Mike later joined Schwarz Pharrma Mfg as a QA Computer Compliance Supervisor, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. Mike then worked at UCB Pharmaceuticals as a Manager Global IT LIMS, TrackWise & Validation, where they identified process optimization opportunities, managed projects, and maintained customer relationships. Currently, Mike is working at Lannett Company as an Associate Director IT Local Plant Support.

Mike Bobb attended Seymour High School from 1967 to 1971. Mike then enrolled at Indiana State University from 1971 to 1975. Later, they attended Indiana University Southeast from 1994 to 2000, though no degree or field of study information was provided.
