Philip Cristiano Jr.

Philip Cristiano, Jr. has extensive experience in operations management within the pharmaceutical industry. Since 2005, Philip has been with Lannett Company, currently serving as Interim Vice President of Operations since 2017, overseeing solid dose operations across four facilities in Pennsylvania and Indiana, producing over 3 billion units annually. Prior to this role, Philip held the position of Director of Operations for nine years, managing a 27,000 square foot manufacturing facility and supervising around 100 staff members. Earlier experience includes serving as Manufacturing Manager at Lannett and various roles at Wyeth from 1996 to 2005, including Penicillin Process Manager and Process Supervisor in the Narcotics Unit. Throughout the career, Philip has a proven track record of optimizing production processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
