Awilda Nevarez

Awilda Nevarez has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Awilda is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Lansdowne Resort and Spa since June 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at Inn at Perry Cabin from December 2020 to June 2021. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Omni Hotels & Resorts, first as the Director of Human Resources from June 2015 to December 2017, and then as the Director of Human Resources from December 2017 to October 2020. Before joining Omni Hotels & Resorts, Awilda held various roles at Benchmark Resorts & Hotels, including Director of Human Resources - Corporate from August 2014 to June 2015, and Director of Human Resources/Field staff support from August 2008 to August 2014. Awilda also served as the Director of Human Resources at Dolce Basking Ridge, formerly known as North Maple Inn a Benchmark Hospitality Managed Property, from 2006 to 2008. Awilda's career in Human Resources began at Days Inn Penn State, where they served as the Director of Human Resources from 1997 to 2001.

Awilda Nevarez attended Monroe College from 1993 to 1995, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.
