Jessica Mannerstål

Jessica Mannerstål is an experienced Agile Coach and transformation leader at Länsförsäkringar since April 2023, overseeing the company's agile transformation towards business agility and coaching both leaders and employees in lean agile methodologies. Previously at Blocket and Blocket Jobb from November 2020 to November 2022, Jessica managed the development of online job offerings and business models, collaborating closely with stakeholders. Jessica's work at Svenska Spel spanned several roles, including leading digital transformation in retail, service design, and customer-centric methodologies. Earlier experience includes team management and project management at Svenska Spel, as well as change management and product development at NASDAQ OMX. Jessica holds a master's degree in Economics and Information Technology from Stockholm University and a degree in Behavioral Science.
