Tuula Suominen

Tuula Suominen is an experienced professional in the fields of social and health care management, currently serving as the Palvelualuejohtaja at Länsi-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue since August 2022. Suominen has held various leadership positions, including Hallituksen puheenjohtaja at Salon Muistiyhdistys ry since January 2008, Sosiaali- ja terveysjohtaja, Director of Services for the Elderly, and Hyvinvointijohtaja at Lohjan kaupunki from January 2015 to December 2022, as well as Director of Services for the Elderly at the City of Forssa from September 2012 to January 2015. Prior to these roles, Suominen served as an expert and Regional Director of home work at the City of Salo from 2008 to August 2012 and worked as a Trainer of social and health care at Salon seudun koulutuskuntayhtymä from 2005 to 2008. Suominen holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the University of Tampere.
