Rebecca Rostar

Rebecca Rostar has over 15 years of experience in organizational development, training, and change management. Since March 2009, Rebecca has worked at the Lansing Board of Water & Light in various roles, including Supervisor of Organizational Development, Administrator of Organizational Change Management, and Training Development Analyst, among others. Prior to this, Rebecca served as a Trainer at Applebee's from January 2004 to April 2009, where skills in employee development and customer service were honed.
