Ben Shuldiner has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Superintendent of the Lansing School District since July 2021. Previously, Ben held the position of Dean's Fellow at Hunter College in 2021 and was a Distinguished Lecturer of Education Leadership at the same institution from 2013 to 2020. Ben's experience also includes serving as a School Board Member for the NYC Department of Education and as President of ASCD from 2016 to 2018. Ben was the Principal of the High School for Public Service from 2003 until January 2013 and taught as an Adjunct Professor at Baruch College between 2008 and 2011. Ben earned a Master of Education in Education Leadership from Baruch College and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in History and Science from Harvard University. Ben is an alumnus of Hunter College High School.
