Elsie Y. is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across renowned hotel brands. Currently serving as the Regional General Manager for Lanson Place Hospitality Management Limited since December 2013, Elsie Y. has been pivotal in the pre-opening and management of Lanson Place Parkside in Shanghai. Prior to this, valuable experience was gained at Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for China and at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as Regional Director of Business Development. Additional roles included Regional Director positions at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Worldwide, as well as a long tenure at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Elsie Y. holds a degree from Cornell's Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration.
