Yiu-Kit Cheung

Yiu-Kit Cheung has extensive experience in the hospitality and corporate sectors, currently serving as a Guest Services Officer at Lanson Place Hotels & Serviced Residences since August 2017, where responsibilities include room management, guest profiles maintenance via SMS, and ensuring excellent customer service. Prior to this role, Yiu-Kit worked as a Company Secretary at S.L. Wong & Company (CPA), assisting 40 clients with corporate matters under tight deadlines. Yiu-Kit also has a background in emergency medical services as a Grade 1 Officer with the Hong Kong Auxiliary Medical Service, and gained experience in service promotion as an intern at Citibank-HKCSS Community Intern Program 2015. Yiu-Kit holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hong Kong Shue Yan University.
