Robert W Charlton has a long and varied work experience. Robert W began their career in 1989 as an intern for the Philadelphia 76ers. Robert W was then hired as a sales rep, but had to resign due to a detached retina. In 1989, they also began working as an Executive Sous Chef at the Laurel Oak Country Club. In 1995, they began working as Managing Partner, VP, and Executive Sous Chef at Charles Seafood Garden and Angus Steakhouse. In 2009, they started working as a Channel Development and Sales Manager at InMage Systems. In 2010, they began working as Director, Global Partner Sales Program at PHD Virtual Technologies (merged into Unitrends). In 2013, they started working as Vice President of Sales and Director of the SIP Program at LANStatus. In 2016, they left technology and purchased a failing local wing restaurant in Johns Creek, GA, which they ran until closing it in January 2022. Robert W then returned to LANStatus, where they currently work as General Manager and Director of Operations.

Robert W Charlton obtained their BS in Physical Education and Business from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and an Associates in Applied Sciences and Culinary Arts from Atlantic Cape Community College. Robert W also holds certifications as a Citrix Certified Sales Professional and a VMware Sales Professional (VSP).
