Leighton Poley

Leighton Poley has held a variety of roles in the telecommunications industry since 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they were the IT/Telecom Service Technician at Convergex Communications. Leighton then held the Lead Telecommunications Engineer role at both Walkercom and DataVox from 2012 to 2015. Since 2015, they have been the Director of Operations and Telecommunications Systems Engineer at Lantana Communications, where they are responsible for implementing and providing ongoing support for Avaya Aura and Avaya IP Office, as well as remote worker implementation.

Leighton Poley has completed a CCNA certification from Cisco Networking Academy. Leighton has also obtained additional certifications from Avaya, including AIPS - Avaya IP Office™ Platform (February 2020), ACIS - Avaya Aura™ Communication Applications (December 2017), ACIS - Avaya Aura™ Core Components (December 2017), ACSS - Avaya Aura™ Call Center Elite (December 2019), ACSS - Avaya Aura™ Core Components (December 2017), ACIS - Avaya Aura™ Call Center Elite (November 2019), and ACSS - Avaya Aura™ Communication Applications (November 2018).
