Mary-Margaret Richter, DNP, MSN, NP-C, RN-BC, CSM has extensive experience in the healthcare field. Mary-Margaret began their career in 2002 as a DNP for Florida Digestive Health Specialists. In 2020, they were a DNP Telehealth Project for the University of North Florida. In 2021, they were a Clinical Systems Analyst for DSS, Inc. and a Health Informatics Residency at Rockledge Regional Medical Center, where they led quality improvement initiatives and patient safety fall-risk and CAUTI prevention initiatives. Additionally, they were the HIMSS Membership Chair for the HEALTH INFORMATION AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS SOCIETY, where they piloted the membership committee through the development of annual recruiting, retention and value/benefit plans for members. Mary-Margaret is currently a Clinical Analyst for the Lantana Consulting Group.
Mary-Margaret Richter, DNP, MSN, NP-C, RN-BC, CSM has an extensive educational background. Mary-Margaret obtained their Master of Science (M.S.) in Nurse Practitioner from the University of Florida. Subsequently, they obtained their Doctor of Nursing Practice with specialization in Health Informatics from the University of North Florida in 2021. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Board Certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse from the ANCC in 2012. Mary-Margaret also obtained a certification as an Informatics Nursing (RN-BC) from the American Nurses Credentialing Center in 2021, as well as a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the Scrum Alliance in 2021. Mary-Margaret Richter is currently enrolled in the Agile Leadership program at the Six Sigma Global Institute, and has completed a Tableau Data Analytics course at Emory University in 2022. Mary-Margaret has also completed a SQL course at Eastern Florida State College in 2022.
