Gemma Nogales Ramirez

Gemma Nogales Ramirez has a strong background in people development and human resources. Gemma began their career as a Becaria at Adecco Group in 2001. Gemma then joined DENBOLAN SOLUCIONES RRHH in 2002, where they served as the North Spain & Global Key Account Director, overseeing projects in outsourcing and team management until 2018. In that year, they joined Lantek as the People Development Corporate Director and a member of the Board of Directors. In this position, they are responsible for creating the HR business strategy, driving people development initiatives, and overseeing various aspects of talent management and training programs across 16 countries.

Gemma Nogales Ramirez holds a Licentiate degree in Law, which they obtained from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. from 2010 to 2016. Gemma also pursued their Master's degree in Human Resources Development at the same university from 2004 to 2005. Gemma furthered their education by earning a Master's degree in Labor Relations from COLEGIO OFICIAL DE GRADUADOS SOCIALES DE ALAVA between 2001 and 2002. Prior to these achievements, they completed their undergraduate studies in Psychology, receiving a Licentiate degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 1995 to 2000.
