Jeffrey Fontenot

Jeffrey Fontenot currently serves as Solutions Lead at Lantern since August 2025. Previously, during tenure at Khoros from June 2021 to July 2025, Jeffrey held titles including Principal Solution Architect and Manager of Technical Consulting, where responsibilities included leading a team of Solution Architects and engaging with executive leadership for strategic alignment. As a Presales Solutions Architect, Jeffrey designed custom integrations with Khoros Service and Google Dialog Flow, resulting in a $1.57M annual recurring revenue deal with Cox Communications. At Alight Solutions from May 2018 to June 2021, Jeffrey developed a benefits contribution optimization engine and implemented a machine learning application for payroll anomaly detection. Jeffrey's career began at Aon Hewitt in various technical and client delivery roles from March 2011 to May 2018. Jeffrey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Sam Houston State University between 2006 and 2010.
