Lisa Lindley

Lisa Lindley has extensive experience in human resources and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Lisa started their career in 1993 at Universal Avionics Systems Corporation, where they initially worked as an HR Administrator before being promoted to HR Manager. During their time at Universal Avionics, they oversaw all aspects of human resources, administration, and facilities as the company experienced significant growth.

In 2002, Lisa joined Avocent as the Human Resources & Administrative Services Manager, where they managed HR and Facilities for a division of 100 employees and multiple sites. Lisa played a crucial role in project managing various corporate-wide projects, including the implementation and upgrades of HRIS systems.

Lisa's next role was at NetMotion Wireless in 2010, where they served as the HR Director. Lisa was responsible for designing, implementing, and leading HR, Recruiting, and Facilities strategies as the company grew from 140 to 320 employees through both organic growth and acquisitions. Lisa also provided assistance to executives and managers in achieving high employee performance through performance feedback and employee relations initiatives.

In 2016, Lisa joined Swift HR Solutions as a Senior Human Resources Consultant, where they provided expert consultation on HR matters.
