Previously, Dudley held the role of Senior Advisor and Head of Communications at Shef, where efforts focused on connecting local chefs, particularly first-generation immigrants, with consumers to promote homestyle dishes. Dudley also served as Vice President of Communications at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, providing strategic communication and public engagement for various philanthropic efforts. A prominent figure in political communication, Dudley has worked as Chief Spokesperson for the Biden-Harris Transition Team and as a key spokesperson for Vice President Joe Biden during multiple campaigns, including as Press Secretary and Deputy Press Secretary in the White House and Senate. Education was acquired at Colgate University, culminating in a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government with a focus on Peace and Conflict Studies.
