Nick Canessa

Nick Canessa is an experienced professional in consultant relations and sales, currently serving as Vice President of Consultant Relations at Lantern since October 2024. Prior to this role, Nick held various positions at Carrot Fertility from February 2022 to October 2024, including Senior Consultant Relations Director and Consultant Relations Director. At Collective Health, from June 2020 to February 2022, Nick advanced from Associate Regional Vice President to Senior Sales Consultant and Sales Consultant. Earlier career experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President and CT Private Equity Leader at Aon from May 2019 to June 2020, and various roles at Mercer between July 2017 and May 2019. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Management from Providence College and participated in an internship program at Boston University in London.
