Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Quality at Lantheus since May 2025, Alan previously held senior leadership positions at Legend Biotech, Celgene, Dendreon, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, and Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities included global quality oversight, compliance, and quality operations management. Alan's career is marked by significant roles that encompassed managing large teams, interacting with regulatory agencies, and ensuring adherence to quality standards across multiple manufacturing facilities. Alan holds an MBA in Business Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a BS in Biology from The College of New Jersey.
