Huw Jones

Huw Jones has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, holding various leadership roles over two decades. Currently, Huw is officially retired after serving as the Vice President and Commercial Head of the Prostate Cancer Franchise at Lantheus from July 2019. Prior to this position, Huw was the Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Advanced Accelerator Applications from June 2015 to July 2019. Huw's career at Novartis spanned from July 2007 to June 2015, including roles as Senior Global Brand Director for Afinitor NET, Glivec GIST, and Votrient aSTS, and as Head of Global Commercial Excellence, with membership in the Global Commercial Operations Board. Additional roles at Novartis included Senior Director at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics USA and Region Europe Marketing Director, among others. Earlier positions include UK Sales Director at Novartis Pharmaceuticals UK Ltd and UK Business Unit Manager at Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals UK Ltd. Huw holds a BSc in Sports Physiology from Nottingham, a Certificate in Management Studies from Somerset Management School, and a Post Graduate Marketing Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
