Jillian O'Neill

Jillian O'Neill currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources for R&D & Biomarker Solutions at Lantheus since November 2024. Previously, Jillian held multiple roles at Lyndra Therapeutics from March 2022 to November 2024, including VP of Human Resources and Communications, Senior Director, and Director. At Biogen, between February 2020 and March 2022, Jillian progressed from Associate Director of Human Resources for the US Organization to Senior Manager focused on US Alzheimer’s Disease. Prior HR experience includes an Employee Relations Partner role at Sanofi and several positions at Bioverativ, including Sr. Manager of Human Resources. Jillian began their HR career at Biogen with various roles from 2010 to 2016. Earlier experience includes account management at Forrester Research and loan officer positions at Homeloan Investment Bank. Jillian holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Emmanuel College and a Bachelor's degree in Business Communications and Management from Assumption University.
