Lauren Laserte

Lauren Laserte has extensive experience in commercial excellence and sales effectiveness, currently serving as the Director of Commercial Excellence and Director of National Accounts Effectiveness at Lantheus since January 2024. Prior to this role, Lauren worked at Takeda from March 2017 to January 2024, where responsibilities included executing field force effectiveness strategies as the Sales Force Effectiveness Lead for Primary Immunodeficiency & Multifocal Motor Neuropathy, along with roles as Immunology Business Manager and Specialty Sales Representative. Early career experience included positions as a Student Admissions Representative and Ambassador at the University of Vermont, an agent for ThirdChannel, and a laboratory technician intern at Associates of Cape Cod. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a concentration in Genetics and Business Administration from the University of Vermont.
