Meghan Strouss

Meghan Strouss is an accomplished executive in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in external manufacturing and operational oversight. Currently serving as the Executive Director and Head of External Manufacturing at Lantheus, Meghan manages a $1B+ portfolio across more than 60 JIT manufacturing sites, achieving notable compliance milestones. Prior roles include Senior Director positions at Amicus Therapeutics, where Meghan led global supply operations and manufacturing science, and extensive experience at AbbVie and Allergan focused on third-party manufacturing and product launch management. With a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University and dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Pharmaceutical Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, Meghan combines technical expertise with strategic leadership.
