Phillip de Noble

Phillip De Noble, PharmD, currently serves as the VP of Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance at Lantheus since April 2023, while simultaneously acting as a Regulatory Advisor and Co-founder of Evergreen Theragnostics since June 2019. Previous roles include VP of Regulatory and Quality at Mariana Oncology from June 2021 to April 2023, and Associate Director of CMC Regulatory Affairs at Sanofi Genzyme between January 2020 and April 2022. Phillip has extensive experience in regulatory strategies, compliance for drug/biologic applications, and interactions with global health authorities. Additional roles at Progenics Pharmaceuticals and Baxter International focused on CMC regulatory documentation and cross-functional project leadership. Educational background includes a PharmD from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and a degree in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida.
