Ryan Berthiaume

Ryan Berthiaume is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as Manager of Quality System Documentation at Lantheus since April 2024. In this role, Ryan oversees the QS Documentation team, ensuring efficient operations in a manufacturing setting through staffing, training, and performance management. Prior to Lantheus, Ryan held several positions at Philips from April 2019 to April 2024, including QMS Manager and Document & Records Control Specialist, where responsibilities included leading strategic transformation initiatives and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Document Control Associate at Thermo Fisher Scientific and various roles at FuelCell Energy, where foundational skills in document control and quality assurance were developed. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University, earned in May 2022.
