Anni Talts

Anni Talts has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Anni started their career as a Project Manager of Product Development at Estiko-Plastar AS in 2002 and went on to become the Manager of Quality and Development in the same company. From there, they joined Elcoteq in 2004 as a Supplier Quality Group Leader and later took on roles such as Quality Manager and Product Line Manager. Anni then joined the Estonian Association for Quality in 2006 as a Member of the Board and served until 2013. In 2010, they became the Chairman of the Board at the Estonian Association of E-Commerce until 2014. Anni also worked at Elcoteq as a Demand and Customer Relations Manager and Livingshop OÜ as a Manager and Member of the Board. In 2015, they became the Head of Production at VAASAN in Estonia. Currently, they are working as the Production director for the Baltics and the Fresh Business Area at Lantmännen Unibake.

Anni Talts obtained a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science from the University of Tartu between 1998 and 2004. Anni later pursued an Executive MBA at the Estonian Business School from 2016 to 2018.
