Carina Harders

Carina Harders has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Carina is currently the Chief Information Officer at Lantmännen Unibake, where they lead the IT function and provides business applications and IT services to Unibake units globally. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director, ERP at GN Store Nord, overseeing platforms used in Hearing and Audio as well as Financial Consolidation & Reporting. Carina has also held positions at Flextribe, where they served as the Head of Business Development and an Advisor, and at William Demant, where they were the Senior Director, Digital Transformation Lead and the Senior Director, Business Solutions Delivery. Earlier in their career, Carina worked as a Senior Manager at Accenture Technology, specializing in project and program management, process design, ERP implementation, and change management.

Carina Harders has a diverse education history. In 1990, they obtained a Master of Science degree in International Business from Aalborg University. Prior to that, from 1987 to 1990, they attended Marie Kruses Skole for their gymnasium/high school education. In 2018, Carina obtained a certification in Board of Directors from Board Assure. Additionally, they have certifications in Board Certificate from Board Assure A/S and Agile Foundation from DSDM Consortium.
