Henrik Frøkjær

Henrik Frøkjær serves as Managing Director at Lantmännen Unibake in Germany since May 2020, also holding the position of Global Category Director overseeing a 4.5 billion SEK category. Previously, Henrik held several significant roles at Arla Foods from July 2014 to April 2020, including Marketing Director for the International Zone and Head of Marketing and Innovation for Asia, focusing on strategic projects and brand development. Prior experience includes leadership positions at BAT from 2008 to 2014, where responsibilities ranged from Head of Strategy, Planning and Insights to Head of Marketing Operations across Northern Europe, managing large brand portfolios and teams. Henrik's career began at Scandinavian Tobacco Group, with progression through various roles in marketing and business management. Education includes a Master’s in International Business from Aarhus University and participation in executive programs at IMD, INSEAD, and Boston College.
