Henrik Waldfogel

Henrik Waldfogel has had a diverse work experience across various companies. Henrik is currently serving as the HR Director at Lantmännen Unibake Sweden since October 2023. Prior to this, they worked at H&M Group as an HR Manager, where they were responsible for the HR strategy and operations for global functions such as Finance & Accounting, Treasury, and Group Controlling. Henrik also held the role of Change Lead for Finance Transformation. Before joining H&M Group, Henrik worked at H&M as an HR Business Partner for Global Expansion and Global Marketing. Henrik also has experience working at Socialstyrelsen as an HR Specialist/HR Business Partner and at The Adecco Group as a Consultant Manager. Henrik began their career at Bain & Company, where they served as the Nordic Recruiting Coordinator.

Henrik Waldfogel earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resource Management from Lund University from 2003 to 2007.
