Johanna Hadmark

Johanna Hadmark has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Johanna is currently working at Lantmännen Unibake as a Lead Buyer Traded Goods & Logistics, where they have been since April 2023. Previously, they were a Demand Planner at the same company from October 2020 to April 2023. Johanna also briefly served as a Tf. S&OP Manager from September to December 2021. Before joining Lantmännen Unibake, Johanna worked as a Consultant at Forefront Consulting from August 2018 to July 2020. Prior to that, they were a Business Intelligence Consultant at Millnet BI from August 2016 to June 2018. Johanna also has experience from IKEA Group, where they completed their Master's Thesis from January to June 2016. Johanna started their career as a Student Ambassador and later worked as a Project Employee at Cinnober Financial Technology from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Brevbärare (letter carrier) at Posten AB from June 2011 to August 2012. Johanna also gained valuable experience in leadership and coaching as a Trainer at Ocean Athletics, where they worked from October 2010 to April 2011.

Johanna Hadmark attended Linköping University from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a Civilingenjörsexamen in Maskinteknik. Prior to that, they attended Eksjö Gymnasium from 2007 to 2010, studying Teknik. Additionally, they have received certifications such as Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in September 2019 and Qlik Sense Business Analyst from Qlik.
