Michal Chmielewski

Michal Chmielewski is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and quality management. Currently serving as Dyrektor operacyjny and Plant Manager at Lantmännen Unibake since January 2022, Michal oversees two production facilities focused on industrial bread production. Previous roles include Operations Director at Orkla Care PL, Senior Operations Project Manager at AMD Projekt Sp. z o.o., and various managerial positions at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company and Kompania Piwowarska S.A. Michal's extensive expertise in quality management was developed through a role as a Quality Management Advisor with the United Nations Development Programme. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Production Systems Organization from Warsaw University of Technology and postgraduate studies in Supply Chain Management from the Warsaw School of Economics.
