Roy Edvardsen

Roy Edvardsen has extensive experience in the engineering and management field, having worked at Lantmännen Unibake Norway AS for over two decades. Starting as a mechanic at Franzefoss, Roy progressed to technical manager, project manager, and eventually, plant manager. Currently serving as the engineering manager, Roy is responsible for implementing strategies for continuous improvement, process development, and product optimization at the plant. Roy holds a degree in Mekanikk from Troms Maritime Høgskole and Industrimekaniker from Kongsvegen vgs.
