Sonja Admiraal Bentzen

Sonja Admiraal Bentzen is the Chief HR Officer at Lantmännen Unibake A/S. Sonja has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, and has held HR positions at Schneider Electric, Xerox A/S, and Højgaard & Schultz a/s (MT Højgaard).

Sonja has a proven track record in leading and developing HR within Global Supply Chain organizations. Sonja was the HR Director for EMEA GSC at Schneider Electric, where they oversaw 23 units in 17 countries with local HR Business Partners. Sonja was also a member of the GSC Emea Retail Leadership team.

At Xerox A/S, Sonja was the HR Manager responsible for all HR activities in Denmark and Sweden. Sonja successfully increased employee engagement and improved the overall HR function.

Sonja is an expert in talent management and development, succession planning, and international mobility. Sonja has a strong understanding of business strategy and is a key actor in developing people-centric strategies. Sonja is also experienced in managing employee rewards programs and learning & development initiatives.

Sonja Admiraal Bentzen has a degree from the Copenhagen Business School in leadership and organizational development. Sonja also has a diploma in human resources from the same school. Sonja has a master's degree in Neuro-Linguistic Programming from the Université de la Sorbonne.
