Sue Scarfe MBA MCIPD is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Talent Management at Lantmännen Unibake since February 2019, Sue has contributed to one of Europe's largest bakery groups. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Lantmännen Unibake, HR Manager - Europe at ICWG Ltd, and Head of UK HR at Spirax Sarco. With a progressive career at Parker Hannifin, Sue held multiple HR leadership positions, shaping HR strategy and operations within European manufacturing contexts. Sue began their career at Woolworths and has held significant roles in organizations such as Europcar and ACCO Brands. Sue holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The Open University and a Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Bedfordshire.
