Tom Mitson

Tom Mitson is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as Group Project Engineering Manager at Lantmännen Unibake since May 2016, Tom is responsible for overseeing new equipment and construction projects across multiple UK sites, managing projects with values exceeding £10 million. Prior to this role, Tom held several positions at Kimberly-Clark, including Mechanical Engineer and Project Engineer, where responsibilities included managing significant capacity expansion projects and ensuring the operational efficiency of key production lines. Tom holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University.
